ABOUT Me

Hello, I’m Katie.

I am a communications strategist based in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. I specialise in distilling complex information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Over the past 10 years I have worked with leading institutions and organisations including the University of Oxford, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, and London Property Alliance to deliver effective internal and external communications.

I have a proven track record of managing varied stakeholder relationships, crafting multi-channel communications strategies, and leading interdisciplinary projects from conception to execution. My work has supported engagement with new research and policy initiatives, and the strengthening of reputation and brand through strategic storytelling, creative campaigns, and programme planning.

With a MSt in Historical Studies from the University of Oxford, I am also a trained Historian with extensive research experience. In 2023 I won the Harris Manchester College Sawyer Prize for Public Engagement with research, and I am currently working on a public-facing research project funded by New Zealand's Manatū Taonga (Ministry of Culture and Heritage).
